Hell, I need some technical direction,

I'm working on my friends Dell Inspiron 530 desktop, it's running a Windows Vista OS. I cleaned up his system by removing the viruses that was found on his computer by AV- Microsoft Essentials and a anti-ad ware by Lava soft; prior to activating windows firewall I got an error message that said
"Due to an unidentified problem, windows can not display windows firewall"

I thought it was from the multiple Av's & Anti-ad ware's but after scaling down to just 1 AV & 1 Anti-ad ware I'm still having the same issue with the firewall, I'm not sure if the Av's are the connection but anyhow, any suggestions as to how I can correct the problem without doing a clean install of the OS... I did read this "Start>Run regsvr32 hnetcfg.dll [enter]" in several forms when I goggled the issue but got only mixed reviews on if it really worked or not...any suggestions will be very helpful....

    Thanks,
    Techlady,

Try downloading/installing Advanced System Care Free:

Run the "Deep Scan", then go into "Toolbox" > "WinFix" > "Advanced" > "Security" and click on the "Action Center" fix. This might solve the problem.

    Hope this helps. :)
