Firewalls, Ports, and no progression

Heya Everyone

The fun never seems to end with my epic battle with firewall. To cut a long story short, I get high lantency with Crysis multiplayer. I located the ports I needed to open here:

and logged onto my router (Netgear DG834PN) and opened the following ports. Problem is when I test the ports online at:

http://www.whatsmyip.org/ports/

The request keeps timing out. I even retraced the steps at portforward.com incase I was doing anything incorrectly. Now I'm completly stumped. I have run out of options and at this point I would appriciate any suggestions or advice from here

And just to add I keep my antivirus updated. I ran a full system scan from AVG and the results where clean, and I even did a Nortons online scan too. both gave my system a clean bill of health
