First C++ with error

    classic problem. You forgot a semi-colon and didn't terminate an output string.

    replace:
    cout<< remaining <<
    with
    cout<< remaining ;

    that should then work.

    Notice that in your output, the correct number is at the front of the long number string, followed by the relatively random value that got created by the unterminated "<<"

    Just so you know what to look for next time it happens.
