When my daughters Toshiba Satellite C675-S7104 was infected with malware and would not boot, I worked with Kestrel13 for a number days to resolve the malware, we believe all malware is now taken care of.

However, when I attempted to boot and go to repair computer I still get the error: F3-F100-0010.

I booted using a windows 7 disk and was able to enter the repair mode. I selected repair computer, the repair ran @15 minutes and finally gave up and said it could not repair the computer!

The error message says: Unspecified changes to system configuration might have caused the problem.

Repair Action: System files integrity check and repair
Result: Failed. Error code = 0x490
    Time Taken 987829 ms

    Thanks for any help,
    Mike

Try running the following command while in Normal Mode: sfc /scannow

The error message is still there when I try to run repair.
    Thanks,
