First time runthru of Malware removal...logs attached

First off I love your site and thanks for all that you do!
my computer runs vista and Ive noticed it doing odd things for no apparent reason, like spontaneously changing the resolution settings, or displays for control of a program will appear differently on my screen, and so on, as well as the usual lag in performance...

anyway I THINK i did everything according to your Malware removal procedure and the 3 files it generated are attached. The first two from Superantispyware and Malwarebyte came up clean, but I think the MGTools program came up with some registry issues. ithink?

Anyway, I'm just sending you guys the logs to get a definitive answer, and to see what else I might do to correct any promlems and further protect myself (yes I did see the Protect from Malware forum)
