First Time User, SPyware Cleansing

Hello,

I've just given my PC it's first official Spyware overhaul. I've followed all your instructions as per your "READ & RUN ME FIRST" thread to the best of my ability. Here follow the results of my efforts; would someone please take a moment to check them over for me?

I've noticed that I still seem to have some small pop-up window difficulty. While I was navigating your site (clicking links from the HIJACK this How-to) I somehow got a pop-up, so I think that there is still a little malware hiding in here somewhere.

Thank you for your time and efforts. I love your website! I've bookmarked it and plan to learn a lot from these forums!

You should not install programs into folders like you did below. It is a much better practice to install them into their default folder names so they can be properly recognize. The way the below appears, it looks like Spyware rather than Microsoft Windows Defender.
C:\Program Files\spyware\MsMpEng.exe

Your logs show no presence of malware. Perhaps you did not get a popup but rather maybe you click on a link some place. (like the ones on the bottom of this page).
