First week of work almost done!!!!

WHEEEW!!!!

One more day to go to wrap out my first week of work!!!! I can tell that this body has been off work for along time with two back surgeries in the meantime!!!!

You would have never thought that stocking Chip Ahoy and Oreos would be so demanding of the muscles!!!!

Oh well...gotta go to work now...one more day and I can recoup!!!!

I`ve been in a similar situation...off for medical reasons...patience...the ole muscle`s`ll tone right up. Good going Roger I`m happy for you.

 

I hurt my back yesterday, speaking of backs. My son and I were picking veggies in the garden and I ended up doing a somersault in the zuchinni patch. Flattened the whole thing landing right on the small of my back. Worse thing was as soon as I stood up I did it exactly the same again! Hobbling around now

Moral of the story? Don't pick zuchinni in flip flops!

 

OOOOOOOHHH!!!!! Bet that felt good!!!!

I'm hoping a couple three weeks will make a big difference!!!! My wife brought home some heel inserts (she runs the physical therapy dept. at an orthopedic center) that seemed to help today!! Seems as though my biggest problem is the fact that i'm flat footed and we have to wear casual dress shoes for work!! You can't find them that don't have any kind of arch in them, and there are non with soft cushiony soles like tennis shoes (atleast that I can find) so it is like walking with a 2x4 strapped to your foot!!!! You'd have to be flat footed to understand where I'm coming from, I guess!!!!????

I don't know...I uess I'll get hardened up here eventually!!!!
