Fix computer problems remotely

    Hello!

    My brother is having some kind of pc issue and I do not live close to him and it's difficult to attempt to solve over the phone. I was curious about how I could connect to his pc from mine and have control of the mouse and see what he is seeing. I think this is called remote desktop, but i am not sure how to set this up on home computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    rdp will only work for you if his pc is running windows xp pro or a server os, vnc is more what your looking for.
