Fix Error Code 19

    My CD and DVD will not play and I am unable to download music on Itunes,I notice that there is a exclamation mark on the CD rom drive is there a driver program to fix this, and it states that the driver may be corrupt fix error code 19.

    They'll need to know the make and model of your computer and what version of Windows including Service Pack.

    The exclamation point for the CD ROM shows up in Device Manager correct? Is it an external CD ROM? If it's an internal CD ROM, the BIOS should handle device configuration so that you can boot from CD. If it's an external CD ROM connected by USB cable, Windows should automatically install drivers for it. iTunes may be the culprit because of registry changes it made during installation.

    Can you do a System Restore to a point prior to the problem?

    System Restore is "extreme" at this point.
