Fixed background

    Hey folks. I am working on a website right now, that I would like to have a fixed background on all the pages. I am managing to get it to work on most of the pages except a couple for some reason. The code I have on one of the pages is attached.

    The code I attached is the 'style' area of one of the pages that isn't working (no fixed background). It is the first part of the page, there is nothing before it. Do you guys need anything else to see as far as code is concerned?
