fkwggshm.exe help

    I am trying to remove a virus on my computer which has turned my desktop black and reads "Warning! Spyware threat has been detected on your PC. Your computer has several fatal errors due to spyware activity."

    I installed the SmitFraudFix & the following is my rapport:

    Edit by chaslang: Inline SFF log removed. READ & RUN ME sticky not followed.


    I really have no idea what to do, and am new to this forum so any help is GREATLY appreciated & thank you in advance for all your help.

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    There are two steps to running SmitFraudFix. Step 1 is the scan, which you did and you attached the log. You did not run step 2 which is the fix and attach the second log.

    Notice the words "attach the log". Please do not post logs inline with your messages like you did.

    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
