Flash CD-ROM

    I have a pack of CD-ROMs which have flash content. They only seem to work on certain computers. They load up but I cannot access through the menus it seems to disable the settings. I have uninstalled flash and re-installed but they still do not work on all computers. Is this a security setting problem?
