My Flash drive became unrecognizable by my computer or hub. Is there anyway I can retrieve the files from it??

Not if the drive isn't seen by a computer:( And even if it is the only thing you can try is data recovery software.

Do you receive any messages, errors or beeps at all?

The first most obvious thing to try is another computer to be sure it's definitely the drive that's failed.

Suggested fixes? Wiggle the drive a lot to see if you hear the connect disconnect noise,if you do try holding the drive in the position it connects and retrieve your files.

You can try to clean up the 4 brass contacts contacts with some alcohol and a cuetip/cotton bud, the drive can also be taken apart to check all the brass contacts are still connected to the chip, this is usually reserved for skilled electronics techs though.
