flash.ocx error

I'm working on a laptop with numerous problems (check this thread), and now there's a new one. Every so often, this error pops up and doesn't mention which program it's associated with. Checking the Task Mgr offers no insight either. I have attached a shot of the error. I have uninstalled and re-installed Flash Player and that made no difference..... any ideas?

(oh yeah - Vista 32bit Home Premium; no malware)

 

:dood Thanks Tim! Even though the info in that link is a couple years old, it sent me on the right path. I went to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and made a copy of the file flash10l.ocx then renamed the copy to flash.ocx and that did it!! I also able to figure out that it was a custom screen saver causing the error, which explains why it popped up every 10 minutes regularly! LOL
