flash.ocx problem

    help i have an old compaq 533mhz and 248 of ram.i keep getting a flash.ocx error then the dont send or send error.then the computer shuts down,I tried installing reinstalling flash ect.cleaned the whole inside I looked for conflicts and nothing,i even tried updating video drivers but i have the latest, any help would be appreciated.
