Flash player help

Hi when i watch a live stream @ www.twitch.tv the player will play for like 5 seconds np then crash and wont play again ... i have thought maybe its slow internet speed or something but ive checked my net speed and im getting

When i am on youtube video do not crash but they do load reasonably slow ... i know its not the site because other people are watching the one i watch with no lag .. or a bit but not much .. my'n just straight up freezes

Any ideas ? anything to make my ping/latancy lower?

What is your Flash Player version?

What is your display adapter, device driver version & date?

I have used TCP Optimizer with a DSL connection.

Updating Flash Player is a special case, and a bit of a pain, which many people don't know.
The first thing to do is Uninstall the old version using Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.
Normally you would do that with Add or Remove Programs, but not with Flash Player.
AFAIK, the uninstaller is updated each time the player is updated.

To download Flash Player you can go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/
(For some reason :confused the above link is Not working from here, so you will have to Copy and Paste into a new browser Tab.)
In the Step 2 drop down list, select whether you want it for Microsoft Internet Explorer OR a different web browser.

You can go to Flash Player - version installed to check your installation and see if it is current.
