Assuming that you are on Windows, what is your Windows version & edition?

    What browser do you use?

Does the same thing happen on other browsers, and does the same thing happen on other channels?

A few additional things you could try:
    • clear your browser cache
    • clear all Flash Player storage (Control Paenl | Flash Player | tab Storage | Delete all)
    • check if a newer graphics driver is available for your display adapter

You don't need 64 bit flash if you use a 32 bit browser. I do not have 64 bit flash installed on my 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium because I have never fired up the only 64 bit browser, IE. Windows 7 comes with 32 bit IE and 64 bit IE.
    What browser are you using?

The latest 11.3 Flash Player installer will automatically install both 32-bit and 64-bit players on Windows 7 and Vista x64.

32-bit browsers will automatically use the 32-bit player from syswow64; 64-bit browsers will automatically use the 64-bit player from system32.
