flash won't work

    hi folks can anyone help me i have flash but everytime i go to utube all i get is a big letter Q with a question mark ,any help would make a old gut happy thanx seaside

    Your problem is that QuickTime is trying to play Flash content - which it can't do. Open QT, go to Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences > Browser > Mime Types, under miscellaneous uncheck Flash.

    Have you installed the latest from Adobe? They now own Flash, bought it in the last year I believe.
