flashing bios on vista 64-bit

    i need to flash my bios on a 64-bit system
    i create an ms-dos bootable disk and there is not enough room to flash

    also its a usb disk drive;/
    help anyone?

    What make and model of PC?
    Sometimes manufacture specific programs are needed to flash bios from a usb stick (hp for example)
