flashing bios

    hi im trying to flas the bios on a comp that was give to me it has a m758lmr mother board witha 733mhz processer {pent}the bios info is
    ROM BIOS by American Megatrends Inc.

    but every time i try to flash it says cant find bios "hook"
    ive flashed bios before but never got an error message ive screwed up a couple of times and had to hot swap before but never this
