    >> Try a uninstall and reinstall of Flash. Bladesofhalo <<

Thanks so much Bladesofhalo and JerkyKing for providing the links to "fix" this annoying problem. ;)

For several weeks now; I was also having the exact same "already been installed" problem as XKazeCloudX. Every time I went to a site that required Flash to view any videos; the site would invariably produce an error message saying that I needed to "upgrade" my Macromedia Flash Player. When I'd then upgrade and return to the video sites; I would continue to receive the same exact error over and over again!

According to the information in the "Uninstallation" link which Bladesofhalo provided: “Due to recent enhancements with the Flash Player installers, you are now only able to uninstall by using the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller.”

In any case, the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller fixed this problem (in a "flash") and allowed me to install the latest version of the Macromedia Flash Player without any problems; and I'm now able to view videos again thanks to Bladesofhalo and JerkyKing. :D

    Good Luck!
