Floating And Snapping Taskbars Like Xp

I really want the ability to move new taskbars around on my desktop and snap them to the edges.

Is there a way to implement this feature in Windows registry or a 3rd party program that can help do this?

I have already found coolbarz (which is 7.5/10), sideslide, and rocketdock but none of these do what you see in that screenshot with 100% accuracy.

- coolbars stays on top but blocks the view of the explorer/browser... & desktop does not resize.

- rocket dock does not title the icons with labels.

- sideslide is new to me and is a module based program that runs like a customizable sandbox. there were problems (i'm still exploring this one).

Is there anything else that is better?
