Folder Sharing For Win11

Looking for a solution to share folders on win11 with local computers on the same network. The default sharing settings don't work, it has all gone downhill since Msoft removed homegroup. Localsend works for sending individual files but Im looking to shar folders if possible.

 

If they're on the same network, have you considered using the 'NETUSE' command?

"Netuse Connects a computer to or disconnects a computer from a shared resource, or displays information about computer connections. The command also controls persistent net connections. Used without parameters, net use retrieves a list of network connections."

 

It seems to me that I used to use this on a non-domain network to share resources, but I am old and increasingly forgetful.
