    I am assuming that i need to be online all the time in order to help? I'm a geek on high speed dial-up. Can I upload my processor info or must i be online constantly?

    LOL YOU CRACK ME UP you are our PROFESSIONAL FOLDER,,,OUR HERO AT THE TOP OF THE BOARDS,,,like how hero sounds rather then professional LOL

    PS got passed by on the stanfords Boards in points...stuck with this old tinker,,,will be in by tonight 200 pointer ,,,one unit off dads laptop will be in today ,,,and my unit off my P3 will be in by morning,, TRYING TO CATCH UP SOME GROUND HERE,,,hope all have a wonderfull day !!! and we love our hero at the top !!!     Hi. I recently discovered MG when I was looking for programs and fixes to help speed up my computer.

    Then when I visited the forums and read about folding, I had to join. What you are doing is great, and I want to be a part of it. I, like many of you, have had several friends and family suffer from illnesses that this program ultimately aims to cure. I'm glad that I'm finally going to be able to contribute something towards further knowledge of the cause and effect of human disease.

    OK so i've downloaded the client and it started folding. It was the console version but i closed the window thinking that it would carry on in the taskbar. There's no icon though so isit still folding?

    You should see a little red flower icon in your systray, if it isn't there it may not be running.

    Hit <Ctrl><alt><del> (assuming NT+) and look for FahCore_65. If that is there than your fine, if not restart the program.
