Follow Up BF Vietnam

Hi everyone
I know you are all tired of hearing me complain and ask questions, but here is a follow up to some of my previous posts. I took the game back this morning and it still didnt work. I called EA and they where no help. I went back to bestbuy and exchanged it again. I got back home and installed i ran into a problem at about the 70% mark. I called EA again and i got a guy that really helped me out. He had me search my computer for some corrupt file that the first set of discs put in. Once i found and deleted it i reinstalled it again. 20 min later i was up and going with out any problems. Thank you all who offered your input into my problem.
