Followed directions, still encountering significant problems

Hello,

I recently moved into a new apartment and have been having rather slow internet to which I chalked up to a poor connection here. However today when I went to run Ad-Aware, I was given an access denied error. Upon further inspection, SpyBot also did not work. Something is not allowing me complete control over my system and thus I'm here.

I followed(as best as I was able) the sticky at the top of the page. I was able to run SAS but upon reboot unable to access it again (access denied) to grab a log. I was unable to even begin to run MalWarebytes, given an error "access denied". I did run Combofix, Root Repeal, and MgTools successfully; their logs are attached below. I attempted to run SAS again after going through but was again given an access denied error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you want to use Ad-aware, which frankly is worthless these days, you can reinstall it from our freeware picks.

There are only a few items that you should remove. Use windows explorer to find and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tpapslog.log
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tphdlog0.log
C:\WINDOWS\system32\xa.tmp
C:\Documents and Settings\Student\Local Settings\Temp\Rar$EX00.282
C:\Documents and Settings\Student\Local Settings\Temp\catchme.dll
C:\Documents and Settings\Student\Local Settings\Temp\JET7380.tmp

Then run CCleaner to finish cleaning out your temp files.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

Then attach the below logs:

* C:\MGlogs.zip
