    Ok, I'm a newbie to the whole forum thing; I apologize in advance if I mess up somewhere. I followed the steps in Read and run me first, however I was unable to download and run Malwarebytes' Anti-malware. I got a popup stating that my security settings won't allow me to download the software. I do have the logs for the other two programs.
    As for the problems I've been having...I tried downloading a trial version of spss 3 days ago, which is a data analysis program I use in one of my classes. Since then I've gotten many trojans, I had the red circle with a white x, but it wouldn't let me click on it and no window popped up telling me what it was. My homepage was changed and it won't let me change it back. I can't go to Internet options because access is denied. My computer was running very slow, but since downloading and running Super anti spyware it is working better. I use AVG and every so often I still get notices that a trojan is found. Many of them are .dll files. I wasn't even able to update Spybot Search and Destroy or any of the software this forum advised until I went to msconfig and found some suspicious programs like bravia.exe and disabled it. I found bravia files and deleted them. Had to rename a few in order to delete them because they wouldn't go away. I know going through msconfig is not recommended but it was the only way I could get more control over my laptop. I have returned to normal startup since then. What can I do to download Malwarebytes'?

    Actually your logs look clean ....You need to install Java:
    Java Runtime 6

    And you need to run ATF Cleaner to rid your system of the temp files.
    download ATF Cleaner by Atribune. This program does not require an installation. The executable actually runs the program.

    NOTE: This program is for Windows XP and Windows 2000 only. ATF Cleaner will remove all files from the items that are checked so if you have some cookies you'd like to save. Please move them to a different directory first.

    * Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
    * Under Main choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.

    If you use Firefox browser

    * Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    o NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    If you use Opera browser

    * Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All
    * Click the Empty Selected button.
    o NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

    Click Exit on the Main ATF Cleaner menu to close the program.

    Tell me exactly what problems you are still having.
