Followed the rules --don't know what to do next...

I used windows xp cleaner and read and run me first and I still have slow rolling scrolling and loading. I removed all the programs I rarely use and didn't find any obvious malware. Just added a new samsung hd screen. I am at a lost of for what to do next.

Did you try the old screen to see if the problems went away?

If you want us to look at your MGlogs.zip, please attach them. They're located directly under the folder where your operating system is located, usually C:\

Truthfully --I was going to attach it before but didn't know where to find it.

I did a very cursory glance at your logs, and they look ok. I suspect you are dealing with something like a driver problem. Please post in the Hardware Forum where you'll get the more knowledgeable answers for that kind of problem.

You should remove the following via add/remove programs. You already have the current Java and you don't need these old ones.l

And I saw one Symantec entry so you might want to run the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT)

Thanks so much for your time and suggestions. I ran a scan on my drivers and needed quite a few updates. I downloaded and installed all the necessary updates and now my computer works really well, no more slow scrolls and slow loads. Thanks so much again!!
