Goodmorning. Thank you for your help. I'm following the instructions for the Malware removal guide with step 6A stating to post my bdscan.txt report. I'm continueing to follow the instructions explicity. If there is something I need to do based on this report please let me know. Again Thank you.

    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
      • CounterSpy
      • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
      • Bitdefender - from step 6
      • Panda Scan - from step 6
      • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
      • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
      • HijackThis
NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!

I've completed all the scans except HJT. I followed the MRG step for step and although it refers to attaching a HJT report properly, it never had me in the step download or run a scan. Now Clearly I may have missed this somewhere else. If I still need to do it please let me know. In the mean time attached are all the other reports as requested. Thank you.

Last report. It wouldn't let me upload the panda active scan in that I have already added it as an attachment earlier.

You need to be more careful with your e-mail....much of the infections that you had were from your e-mail folders.

Please use add/remove programs to uninstall:
    MarketResearch

Are you having any problems now, and if so, what?

    Tim

Sorry for the delay in responding I was out of the office.

I didn't recall seeing it and I checked again and there is no reference to MarketResearch in my list of programs to add/uninstall.

Is there anything left on my computer based on the logs I attached that need to be removed?

After doing all that I did, my system(outlook, brouser, programs etc) are all still running extremely slow. I have 512MB of Ram.

How do I remove items from my startup? Would that help? How do I identify programs that may be running in the background. Would removing any of them help? Your advice is appreciated.
