Fonts blurry some letters red in I.E. and Outlook Express

Hi

Great forum have used it many times however this is the first time that I have had to post anything.

I am using a P4, 2.4 gig, 512 ddr 2100 ram, Windows Xp Pro, Nvidia GeForce 2 MX/MX 400

The problem is I downloaded Microsoft Clear Type Tuning (I have used it before and it made my fonts crisp and clear) I ran this program again the other day. After using the program my fonts are now a little blurry and when I type in Outlook Express the I's are red and the L's are red all the other alphabet is black like it is suppose to. Running the program again did not change anything. In Bookmarks and Favourites the same thing any words that contain L's and I's those letters are red (not the word just the L's and I's.

When I type in a Word document no problem
if I fill in something on a web page no problem
when I use hotmail or yahoo no problem
I have turned off the Clear type Tuning, the problem still exists
I have now uninstalled it, problem still exists.
I have re-booted problem still exists
I have used 5 Spyware programs 3 free ones I run and two I paid for no spyware. Have also ran computer antivirus programs no viruses.
I ran my computer on Housecalls no spyware no viruses
I have used PCpitstop it found no problems all checkered flags
I have ran SFC /scannow in Run, it found no corruptions
I have ran Hijack this nothing different then before this problem started.
I have deleted and reinstalled the Nvidia graphic drivers still no change
System Restore is not an option it is disabled.
In Display under Appearance-Effects everything is checked off and in the top box it is fade effect in the first box and the second box down is Clear Type I have changed it to Standard to see if there was a change their isn't.

In the System File in Control panel Under the advanced tab performance-settings "Adjust for better appearance is checked off" which checks everything in the box below it.
These settings are the same as before the problem started.

Any suggestions I am trying to avoid an XP repair or re-install. I can't see the forest for the trees the problem could be a set up thing I am missing I just can't think of anything else to check. No doubt Clear Type Tuning has changed something but what?
