I teach science. I can't find a font with which I'm fully satisfied by the way it does superscripts and subscripts. I prefer to use, in general, Arial. I find Times New Roman does superscripts and subscripts better but not adequately. I've just done a handout with a superscript minus sign after a letter. It looks more like I've written A minus rather than showing the A has a negative charge. Can anyone recommend a good font which does superscripts and subscripts really well? Thanks!

Here's a pdf from La Univ. It shows some right and wrong format choices. But it also has some links to download for MathType or other plug-ins for Word. I found it by searching "font for scientific notation in Electrical Engineering". Found other topics using same method " font for ------ in Word"
" font for ------ in Excel"
" font for ------ in OpenOffice"
