   Hi, for 5 days my firefox 9 has crashed when I was reading a News page (different site) on internet.
   Can someone help me to understand the problem? I attach a doc withe the report. Thanks. (I have written to Mozilla without obtain an answer).

   Make sure you have Flash Player - non IE and check your plug-ins.

   Start Firefox in safe mode - NOT windows safe modem.
   Open FF and click on Help. Select Restart with Addons disabled.
   If it doesn't crash, it means one of your addons is causing the problem.
