im very particular with secutrity in this pc, the following that runs in this pc for security
AVG
ZA
Ad-aware
Windows Defender
Spybot S&D.

This morning i open this pc, and when all is load suddenly ZA give this alarm.

Could you please check this one attached photo? if i will allowed or not, because until now its waiting.
Do i must delete that file (RunDLL32.exe)
(if i really need to follow RUN and READ ME FIRST)
