Force link to open within frameset

    er if I remember correctly its target="p_main"

    so:

    <a href="apple.html" target="p_Main">Apple</a>

    thanks Matt, but it wasn't quite the answer I was looking for...
    If anyone else has this problem, I have answered the question myself using javascript...

    Paste the following inside the <head> section of your page that you want to force into a frameset.

    <script language="JavaScript">
    if (top == self) {document.location = "../../index.html or similar, ie: type the name of your frameset between these quotes"}
    </script>
