Force link to open within frameset

I am trying to create a link from one website to access a new window and then open a page within a frameset.

Can anyone help?

force link to open apple.html within frameset (named"p_Main") index.html

my current link reads: http://www.spatulagroup.co.uk/index...ulagroup.co.uk/pages/content units/apple.html

er if I remember correctly its target="p_main"

so:

<a href="apple.html" target="p_Main">Apple</a>

thanks Matt, but it wasn't quite the answer I was looking for...
If anyone else has this problem, I have answered the question myself using javascript...

Paste the following inside the <head> section of your page that you want to force into a frameset.

<script language="JavaScript">
if (top == self) {document.location = "../../index.html or similar, ie: type the name of your frameset between these quotes"}
</script>
