I purged my sfc cache in Vista in order to rebuild it I cannot find the dllcache folder so it looks like it was successful. I have my Gateway Operating System Disc, I'm ready to rebuild the cache but when I purged the cache it never asked me for my installation media in order to rebuild the cache.

How do I force it to ask me for the OS disk so I can rebuild the cache? I have a Gateway GM5478. Is there a program or app I can use to do so?
