form1 problem

ok so this my problem

computer works fine but when i leave it on doing nothing and i come back in a few hours this is what i see:

video card fan running like crazy and the temp in the video card is 100° Celsius

i move the mouse and the screen shotdown and comes right back on after 1sec

i have a ballon message from the nvidia tray icon on the buttom right corner sayin something like "videocard stop responding..." it was to long and appear for 2sec so i didnt get it all

then i open windows task manager and i see an application named "form1" i clicked go to process and i see this (look at image)

video card temp start to decrese to normal slowly and everything gets back to normal

i close the form1 application and thats it

by the way i just installed a fresh windows becouse of this problem but it still here from some reason after a few days...
