I used free active kill on my old internal 1 TB HD so I can use for storage in the new system. When I put it in it says I had to format. I selected NFTS but now it says I have only 99.9 mb of space. Can I fix this? If so, how?

I rebooted my comp and now I see drive F: 99.9 mb and another drive I: with the correct size. The following day I see another drive as well G: 931G and under devices and removable storage I see BD-ROM (J) added
