Alright, I'm not great with computers. I understand the basics as it pertains to gaming (more RAM = better, video cards, etc.) but nothing about the inner workings of it all.
So I wanted to format my hard drive and re-install windows XP. Alright, I collected all my driver discs and popped my XP disc and chose to install windows xp. At some point during the install, an error message pops up saying "Entry Point Error: could not find msart.dll" That was the gist of the message, (not at my comp right now so I can't quote it).
When my computer starts up, it resumes the windows install program, and the error message inevitably pops up again.
I have a windows xp boot disk, but I'm unsure how to boot from it. Any help is appreciated, thanks

    Keep skipping through the error.

    It will eventually pass.

Then, when you get back into Windows, to get everything working again, you will need to install Mdac 2.8, or Sp2.
