Format the HHD without admin password

    I've completely stuffed up something I was trying to do yesterday. Thanks TimW and BirdBath for your help, but somehow I managed to screw it up anyway.

    I need to re-format my HDD to start fresh. The issue is I don't have the admin password (lost it and can't remember it). Is there a way around needing the admin password to format the HDD?

    I'll be waiting with anticipation for any help!!!

    You realy don't need to reformat.
    Reinstall using your installation CD and you'll be given the option to erase all.
