formatting bigger sata hard drives

ok this is my first post , if i want to format my 3 sata hard drives what formatting utilities is the best and i'm use NTSF format and xp sp2

1. Seagate 320GB 16MB 7200 rpm
2. Seagate 250GB 8MB 7200 rpm

You don't really need a utility. If you have a PC running Windows XP, just hook 'em up to the PC and format them with Disk Management.
