Thought I'd post a few of some funny stuff from this great game

 

They dont impress me any. got any more?

I can be pleased i just think that game dosent look to good compared to games like Gran Trusmo HD. I play crysis on high so now everything looks like crap to me. i played a little halo 3 today and i was like omg this is horbile...crysis killed it.


But are their any more screens of forza 2 that look better? those look really bad to me. The jazzies aint really bothering me but the graphics in those screens like bad. really bad.

I don't see how you can justify saying the graphics are bad when clearly they aren't.

Ok, i see what you mean, I meant it's a great action shot! I looked at it again and i see what you mean for quality. I have older machine, athlon xp2600, gf7800 card so i dont get the top quality shots also. But the angle of shot and sense of speed i think is really good. I just bought Bio-Shock and it wont even load on my machine, lol. Anyhow, i understand now about your quality comment and mcadam, i do think its a really good action shot. The sense of speed is there!

Oh if only I could afford one....

I think I'd be too scared to drive the Aston Martin DB9 let alone trash it!

 

I would cry if I payed that much for a car and it got a scratch

 

I'm sure the game is good but I must say those graphics are fine but nothing special. Does AA not work with this title?

 

It's on xbox 360, the settings are beyond my control. However, they do look a lot better on my 1080p HD tv, the images from the Forza website don't do them enough justice unfortunately.

 

CRYSIS doesn't look that great. It's still just a bunch of high rez textures wrapping fairly simple objects.

Real bark casts shadows. Even wood grain does. In CRYSIS these are still just textures. Pretty textures. But not convincing.

We're still a long, long way from a truly realistic 3D game. CRYSIS is just new paint on an old sign.
