Under Other Devices, is there a yellow exclamation mark next to the device?

I went to PCIdatabase.com. The vendor is Nvidia but I could not find the device ID number there. I did find out that this is a (HDMI) (High Definition Audio Device). Do you have a HDMI port on your graphics card?

You can right click the device and select disable. See if that solves the problem. You can always re-enable if you need to.

I have not found any HDMI drivers for this card. They may be built into the latest driver package for the Geforce card but I do not know. Did you get a disk with the graphics card?

Here is the latest driver for XP 64bit.

If you do not use HDMI, just disable it and you should be okay.

You may have better luck asking about the HDMI on this card over in the EVGA forums. I found this and it seems there are some issues with onboard sound and nvidia High Definition Audio.

Slightly off topic but your temps look a bit on the high side.

Not really these are my normal temps my cpu might be a little high but the rest are my normal temps My GPU has its own GPU Fan Speed adjuster i use the MSI after burner too asjust the fan speed.I can get my video card down too 95F if needed i don't go past 70% speed be cause of the noise the fan puts out.
