Found Virus

My Mcafee Program Found a virus called Backdoor JZ in C:\System volume information\_restore{287B8148-D8C6-434}. Cannot be cleaned, Try to delete
it and an error message appears that says A0108393.SCR cannot delete. try to Quarantine Error message comes up cannot quarantine, I'm using windows xp professional, can anyone help me. also I have to exclude this file in the virus program.

 

Disable system restore and try it again


start
control panel
system
system restore
run mcaffe again
when problem solved
enable system restore again
done

 

Well, ya gotta reboot right here to delete that nasty
