Fraps

    Hey I'm trying to use fraps to record my games when I play Counter-Strike, Day of defeat(Halflife mods) etc. When I'm in the game my fps is 59-60 but as soon as I start fraps to record it drops to around 4-5fps. This is getting really dumb now since I bought that program and cant use it.

    AMD Athlon xp +2700, 256mb ram, Ati Radeon 9800pro.

    Happened to me too.

    Not sure if there is a cure for it.
