Free Hide Folder

    I am using Windows 10 and have hidden some documents using FHF. On Sunday Windows 10 was updated and I lost my hidden files. I have gone into the Control Panel and set the it to show hidden folders but it did not work. Any ideas how I can recover these files. I will appreciate any help. Thanks.

    Try recovery software such as Recuva from Softpedia.com.
    Whilst not deleted it may find it for you.
    Just a suggestion is all and not tried.

    Thanks. I have tried that but it didn't work. Anyone have any other suggestions.

    You could try restoring to a time before the updates were installed
    http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4588-system-restore-windows-10-a.html

    then remove the folder from the computer, let Win 10 update and place the folder back again.

    If you lose your hidden files anytime Win 10 updates, then this program is not a good fit for Win 10. Time to look for a better program.
