I got Free Ram XP from the download section here and it messed my RAM up pretty bad. At moments explorer.exe jumps up to like 200,000 K. The CPU Usage also goes up at random times from like 5% to 100%. I have 511 mb of Ram and it seems like I have like 56 right now. It's nearly impossible to run anything. Can someone help me out?

    Try uninstalling it?

If you MUST have a RAM freeing program for whatever reason then don't let it load at startup and use it whenever you feel you need to free up RAM and then switch it off. XP is pretty good at handling memory and in my experience it is rare to need to such tools.
If you are having memory problems I would be inclined to look for the reason - like for example too many programs loading and running in the background which are not needed at that particular time.
    Hope this helps

First why did you download a ram manager? Were you having problems before this? It is highly improbable that the program that you downloaded and installed caused these issues. I'm only asking because the issues that you describe sound like malware of some sort. A more detailed post would be appreciated.

Sorry Robert, didn't see you there, and I type slower than you apparently!

My ram was fine before I downloaded it, I was just playin around seeing how good I could get it, so I got that program, and I think the program is the thing that messed it up. It's not running, and it is now nowhere on my computer that I know of.

If your have removed the memory manager, and your problem still exists, then I would recommend that you download, update, and run AdAware SE, Spybot Search and Destroy, and CCleaner. All are free downloads available on MajorGeeks Home Page. As you didn't mention whether or not you had an antivirus program, there are several of these, also free, available for download. Hope this helps. If your problem persists, please post back and I'm sure that someone will help. :)

Ive already tried adaware, ccleaner, and also hijack this and got rid of all those I didnt recognize. I will try Spybot Search and Destroy, but since adaware and Microsoft AntiSpyware didnt work, i doubt this one will.
