   Can anyone recommend a video cropping tool for Windows 7? The videos are from a security camera and the file type is .dav

   Info about proprietary dav files
   http://www.file-extensions.org/dav-file-extension
   Appears WMP can play and I assume edit with the proper codecs after the dav player changes the files to avi.
