free window sweeper

I installed Free Window Sweeper on my windows XP computer. I was unable to uninstall it through the control panel "add/remove program". I got the following message "Could not open INSTALL.LOG file" message. I was also unable to uninstall it with the unistall link that came with the program. Had the same message pop up. Any suggestions?

 

You can also use CCleaner to uninstall programs if Kestrel's helpful suggestions don't work.

 

try this locate the folder for the program open and then find the install.log file,right click on it and choose rename.change to " INSTALL.LOG.EXE ".then locate the uninstaller with in the same folder double left click to run.in the box that appears browse through and find the same folder.this would be " my computer = cdrive = program files = window sweeper ".then in the look for section of the box change it to the same " INSTALL.LOG.EXE " .click on open and the uninstall program should open ,choose uninstall form the menu and click start.the program should start to uninstall,you may be prompted to restart your computer to complete the process.good luck
