Freephoneonline

Hi I installed freephoneonline from Fongo The Times I used it it did the job .I wouldn't want to use it for any professional purposes however it did save me money by me not using my cellphone ,now however I am getting an error message saying that its not connected to the internet when obviously it is this software uses ports 6060 and 13000 (whatever they are?) and the error message suggests that they are blocked .Could someone tell me how to unblock them please and where exactly to find them on my computer
