I am looking for a programs similar to RescueTime to track my computer usage throughout the day so I can become more efficient. I don't want to use RescueTime because it states that they send your data to there home base for product research. I want a program that doesn't send my data elsewhere.

Thanks, I use ManicTime now, works decent enough. It doesn't get specific enough from what I can see. For instance it doesn't differentiate between my writer program and my spreadsheet program, nor does it count the time a program is open and running in the back ground, but it is as good as I can find for free.

If anyone knows a better free program or knows how to work the settings better than me, I would appreciate the help.
